Цей номер зроблено на українській мові. Документи в переважній більшості - російською (оскільки події , про які йде мова в тексті почалися ще за часів союзу).

This issue made in Ukrainian. The vast majority of documents are in Russian (since the events in question began during the time of the Soviet Union, from 1989). Most of the photos and documents are published for the first time on the Internet. I dedicate this number to the memory of my parents, who worked at the "Rotor" Cherkasy plant in those days.
